Conflict Resolution

We encourage conflicts to be worked out between the offender and the offended. If this does not prove successful, the offended should share the complaint with the principal. If this still does not prove to be successful, the offended should share the complaint with the school board.

Gossip only hurts. Students, parents, and teachers deserve to be talked to individually first, should a problem arise. Conflicts must be resolved between parents, staff, and students in order for all to maintain successful Christian relationships.
